Here, in our tavern, we bet on freshness and local foods just as much as in our brewery. Fish from nearby rivers and lakes, as well as game and mushrooms from the idyllic woods are part of it. The meat comes from the Pfreimd butcher Josef Paulus. Crispy salads and colourful vegetables of top quality are bought on the market.
